Mission

Natora Yoga’s mission is to inspire change by nurturing self-love and care practices.

Self-care is not selfish at all. It is essential for maintaining overall well-being and health, both physically and mentally. Taking time to care for yourself allows you to recharge, reduce stress, and prevent burnout. When you prioritize self-care, you are better equipped to handle life's challenges and be there for others in a more effective and positive way.

Self-care is not about being self-centered or neglecting others. It's about recognizing your own needs and making sure you have the energy and emotional balance to be present and supportive for yourself and those around you. Just like how you wouldn't hesitate to take care of a friend or loved one when they're struggling, you deserve the same level of care and attention from yourself.

It's crucial to set boundaries, allocate time for relaxation and activities that bring you joy, practice mindfulness, exercise, eat healthily, and get enough rest. All of these activities contribute to your overall well-being and should be embraced without guilt. In essence, self-care is an act of self-compassion and a way to invest in your long-term happiness and fulfillment.

Vision

Natora Yoga’s vision is to support individual and collective well-being by cultivating cura personalis, care for the whole self.

Caring for oneself is essential for promoting both individual and collective wellbeing. When individuals prioritize their physical, mental, and emotional health, it has ripple effects that can positively impact their communities and society as a whole.

Caring for oneself is not a selfish act; it is an investment in both personal and collective wellbeing. When individuals prioritize self-care, they become healthier, more resilient, and better able to contribute positively to their communities and society at large. The cumulative effect of many individuals practicing self-care is a stronger, more compassionate, and thriving collective.
